Customer relationship management (CRM) is a business strategy to select and manage your most valuable customer relationships. Gareth Jones from Archon CRM Solutions will be talking about identifying, acquiring and retaining profitable customers and not only the tools that are required, but also the experience and expertise to make it work, as a culture, within your organisation. Why do we need CRM? CRM is a series of solutions to various business problems, whether they are marketing, sales or customer service issues. CRM encourages a systematic approach to business and also provides the technology to hold and share data on customers, prospects, suppliers, government agencies, etc. Gareth will share with you some of the ways that CRM can impact a business and why it is seen as essential for any organisation.
