Paul Mitchell from Mitchell Associates gave us an insight into working with businesses in Europe. He started with an entertaining history lesson showing the development of the relationships between the various countries within Europe, leading through to the formation of the EU and the opportunities and issues presented if you wish to trade within the EU.

We drew a selection of members' names from a hat and asked them to each spend 7 minutes telling us 'How I Got To Be Here Today' - by this we meant giving us a bit of an insight into their backgrounds, career history and perhaps an interesting project they have been involved with or situation they have been in.
